Founder, Peacock Health Collective
Kristen Repta is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who focuses on helping women better understand the hormonal, metabolic, and skin changes that often occur during midlife.
Throughout her career in healthcare, she has worked closely with women navigating many stages of life — from hormone shifts and metabolic changes to skin health and regenerative aesthetic care.
Her approach integrates hormone science, lifestyle medicine, and regenerative aesthetics to help women feel stronger, more informed, and more confident as their bodies change.
Kristen provides both in-person care and virtual consultations for women throughout Illinois.
Peacocks symbolize transformation, renewal, and the ability to embrace challenges gracefully.
Through this lens,
I hope to inspire other women to embrace the exciting journey into menopause and beyond.
We are meant to thrive during the second chapter of life, and
Peacock Health Collective is here to coach you through your midlife journey.
We offer one-on-one menopause coaching that is customized to your unique experience. Let’s stop falling for quick, dismissive Dr. appointments with practitioners not specializing in women’s health. Menopause medicine has come a long way, and Peacock Health Collective focuses on the most up-to-date, science-backed information about hormone supplementation.
